Me too. What exactly are you trying to figure out? My experience has been that the blogs are public. If you don't want it public (but I can't imagine that), the only way I've heard is to make it a co-authored blog and then you can set the readers as only the authors.
I don't think this is just shared with ugcloud users, I just copied the URL and pasted into a browser in which I am not logged into ugcloud and voila, here I am.
